1. General Information
We ship via Canada Post automatically. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you within 72 hours and discuss options. Option one is to refund you the total amount of your order or particular missing items, using the original method of payment, or store credit. Option two, is we will let you know when we can expect to receive more of the product, and keep it on backorder for you, and ship separate from your original order (additional shipping charges may be charged to you), once we have the product in stock. We are happy to accommodate other shipping requests, just ask us. We use Greyhound Bus as an alternative to Canada Post all the time. 

2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses world-wide. We are based out of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, so therefore we use all and any major courier services available in canada. We are happy to try and accommodate any particular shipping requests, so just ask us! 

3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [2] business days of the date of your order. Business day meaning Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays typically. Backorders are subject to any length of time, due to availability from the manufacturer, timing quotes will be given on a case by case basis. 
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to the delivery provider error (sometime's the shippers do stupid things, like lose your package!).

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, a shipping charges estimate will be displayed for you. Please note this is an estimate, and is quite accurate, but not always exact. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for oversize or overweight items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. We can also provide collect shipping, where you pay directly to the carrier once delivered, just notify us if this is your intention. Our typical couriers are Greyhound, Purolator, FedEx, and UPS we also can use Canada Post. Let us know if there are alternate couriers you would like us to ship through, and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

6. Damaged Items in Transport
