1. General Information
We ship via Greyhound to the nearest bus station (not your billing address) automatically. If no bus station is easily accessible we will default to use Canada Post. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you within 72 hours and discuss options. Option one is to refund you the total amount of your order or particular missing items, using the original method of payment, or store credit. Option two, is we will let you know when we can expect to receive more of the product, and keep it on backorder for you, and ship separate from your original order (additional shipping charges charged to you), once we have the product in stock.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses world-wide. We are based out of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, so therefore we use all and any major courier services available in canada. We are happy to try and accommodate any particular shipping requests, so just ask us!
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within business days of the date of your order. Business day meaning Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays typically. Backorders are subject to any length of time, due to availability from the manufacturer, timing quotes will be given on a case by case basis.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to the delivery provider error (sometime's the shippers do stupid things, like lose your package!).
