Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time (typically 72 hours), whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. If original method of payment is unfeasible, the refund will be given back in the form of store credit.Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending the product back. If deemed defective / able to return, Arborist Supply Co. Inc. will pay for the shipping back to you of any replacement merchandise.
